RDH Mining Equipment will be revealing its newest addition to its product line, a 14 metric tonne capacity Muckmaster 800D with Tier IV Interim Mercedes Engine at MINExpo International 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada, September 24 to 26, booth 1751 in the North Hall. The Muckmaster 800D is the Sudbury area based company’s first large capacity LHD. The compact, powerful workhorse can get into tighter spaces and has more power than other models in its class. The 14000 kg (30800 lbs) tramming capacity LHD can be fitted with a range of bucket capacities between 6 to 10 yd³ (4.6 to 7.6 m³). To reduce wear and increase lifespan, buckets are fitted with wear strips and a bolt-on lip, allowing users to replace the bucket lip without welding. The Muckmaster’s loader linkage geometry has been designed to provide optimal mucking and loading performance.
